1. Use of the Park

The motorhome park is intended exclusively for overnight stays and parking of motorhome-type vehicles, caravans, and campers.

By accessing and using the facilities, users accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Operating Rules

  • The park is open 24 hours a day.
  • Each vehicle must park only in the designated space.
  • Pets are allowed as long as they are always leashed and controlled.
  • Lighting fires or using barbecues is prohibited.
  • Water and electricity use must be conscious and moderate.
  • The waste disposal area must be left clean after use.
  • Mutual respect and silence are essential, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • It is forbidden to leave garbage outside the designated bins.
  • Awnings, tables, or chairs are allowed only in the designated area next to the vehicle. Nothing may be placed on grassy areas. Tent installation is not allowed anywhere in the park.
  • The use of barbecues or open fire is prohibited throughout the park.
  • Each vehicle must occupy only one parking space.
  • Oversized vehicles or those using trailers must park exclusively in the lateral spots, properly sized for this purpose.
  • The power outlets in the park are limited to 6 amps (6A) per socket.
  • Electricity access is subject to an additional cost and must be activated by the user via QR Code. Each activation lasts 24 hours.

3. Safety and Liability

  • The park does not have permanent surveillance but is fenced and monitored by CCTV cameras.
  • The user is responsible for securing their vehicle and belongings.
  • The park administration is not liable for theft, damage, accidents, or losses within the park, including to vehicles, personal items, or other belongings.
  • The speed limit inside the park is 10 km/h.
  • Dangerous driving or any maneuver that may endanger other users, people, or animals is prohibited.
  • Using horns is discouraged, except in emergencies.
  • The park is equipped with a fire safety system, including six portable fire extinguishers, clearly marked and strategically placed. These are regularly inspected and maintained in compliance with current regulations. Users must familiarize themselves with their locations and comply with all fire safety rules, avoiding any use of heat sources or fire within the park.

4. Stay and Payment

  • Staying in the park is subject to payment according to the current price list.
  • The maximum permitted stay in the park is 72 hours.
  • Overstaying beyond the paid period will result in proportional additional charges.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed after the reservation is confirmed.
  • Confirmed reservations and payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or change reasons.

5. Right of Admission

The administration reserves the right to refuse entry or request the departure of users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, disturb the peace, or cause damage to facilities or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Park Access

  • Access to the park is via an automatic gate with a PIN code.
  • The PIN code will be provided after the reservation process is completed.
  • The gate operates automatically and allows only one vehicle to pass at a time.
  • Simultaneous entry of more than one vehicle per gate opening is prohibited.
  • Please wait for full closure before the next vehicle proceeds with entry.
  • Failure to comply may result in system malfunction or equipment damage, for which the user is responsible.

7. Duties of Campers and Caravanners

According to Article 24 of Ordinance no. 1320/2008, of November 17, campers and caravanners must comply with the park’s internal regulations and behave according to the principles of good neighborliness.

Article 24 – Duties of campers and caravanners:

Campers and caravanners must:

  • a) Comply with the hygiene rules adopted by the park, especially regarding waste disposal, grey water and chemical toilet discharge, laundry, pet admission, and prevention of contagious diseases;
  • b) Keep their camping space and equipment in good condition, cleanliness, and hygiene;
  • c) Set up their equipment in designated areas, maintaining a minimum distance of 2 meters from others;
  • d) Refrain from actions that may disturb other users, especially noise, use of radios, TVs, or generators during the designated quiet hours set in the park rules;
  • e) Not light fires, except when using cooking equipment authorized by the park’s internal rules, and comply with all applicable fire safety regulations;
  • f) Follow the park’s signage and instructions from the person in charge regarding vehicle movement and equipment setup;
  • g) Not restrict any internal or external area beyond their assigned camping space;
  • h) Not install permanent structures or pave the ground.
